Jeff Schomburger is President and Chief Executive Officer of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Foods, where he leads one of the world’s largest food companies and oversees a portfolio of iconic protein brands including ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½^®, Jimmy Dean^®, Hillshire Farm^®, Ball Park^®, Wright^®, aidells^®, State Fair^® and more.

Jeff has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, with deep expertise in sales, customer development, brand building, talent and culture. Having served on the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Foods Board of Directors since 2016, including as Lead Independent Director and former Chair of the Strategy and Acquisitions Committee, he brings a strong combination of industry expertise and deep knowledge of the company’s operations, strategy and growth opportunities. Throughout his career, he has championed consumer and customer-focused growth, operational excellence and innovation, while helping organizations adapt to changing consumer preferences.

Prior to joining ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Foods, Jeff spent more than three decades with The Procter & Gamble Company, one of the world's largest consumer goods companies. Most recently, he served as Global Sales Officer, where he led the company’s worldwide sales organization and customer relationships. Earlier in his career, he served as President of P&G’s Global Walmart team and held leadership roles across the company’s sales, customer marketing and paper products businesses. His experience also includes international assignments where he helped accelerate growth across key markets.
